| 摘 要： | 中国是一个什么样的国家必须在我国的对外战略中阐明。为此,围绕着中国是不是一个潜在的超级大国、和平崛起的大国、地区性大国、负责任的坚持和平发展的大国进行了讨论,认为应将中国定位为是一个负责任的坚持和平发展的大国。
