| 摘 要： | 围绕重庆市综合交通体系重点建设项目资金筹措问题,分析交通运输基础设施项目融资的基本特点,提出政府主导下的债务型融资、股权型融资和混合型融资三种模式,以及若干具体的融资方式,并提出综合交通体系重点建设项目融资模式的制度化保障措施。

| Abstract: | Around the major project financing of Chongqing comprehensive communication system,the basic financial characteristics of traffic infrastructures are analyzed.And three finance-models,debt-finance,equity-finance and mixed-finance,and some other specific ways under the government control are put forward.Some suggestions on how to guarantee the major project finance-model being implemented smoothly are put forward. |
