| Abstract: | In kindergartens, the interaction between teachers and children which runs through children's dayly life is the core interpersonal relationship. This has been formed an important component in the kindergarten education. What is the value of interaction between teachers and children on children's development? How to properly realize the relation of fair and difference and locate the role during the course of interaction? How to create the basic condition of interaction between teachers and children actively and effectively? This thesis attempts to probe these questions. |
