摘    要:元认知策略是自主学习能力研究的理论基础,在学习策略中处于核心地位。元认知策略和学习者的自主学习能力在本质上存在密切的关系,二者的相互作用对提高学习者的学习能力有很大的促进作用。所以,在元认知策略引导下提高学生自主学习大学英语能力十分重要。

Abstract:Metacognitive strategies are the theoretical basis of autonomous learning ability research, is the core of the learning strategies. Metacognitive strategies and learners'autonomous learning ability have close relationship in nature, the interaction between the two sides has a a significant role in promoting the learning ability of learners. So, it is very important to improve the students' autonomous learning ability under the guidance of metacognitive strategies.
