| 摘 要： | 高职院校作为培养专业化、职业化、高素质应用型人才的基地,必须强化"以学生为主体"的理念,在人才培养模式上凸显"市场导向"的定位,以增强文秘人才与市场的匹配度和适应性。本文从提升高职文秘人才的专业性入手,分析基于市场导向的高职文秘人才培养中存在的不足,并提出凸显文秘人才"能力本位"的优化对策,为拓展高职生职业道路提供参考。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational colleges,as a base for cultivating professional,occupational,high-quality applied talents,must strengthen the ＂student-centered＂concept,highlights the＂market-oriented＂orientation talent cultivation model,to strengthen the matching degree and adaptability of secretarial talents and the market. This paper,starting with promoting the professionalism of secretarial talents in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the deficiency in secretarial talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges based on market demand,and puts forward the optimizing strategy to highlight the secretarial talents ＂competence-based＂,to provide reference for the expansion of higher vocational students＇ occupation road. |
