高职文秘专业学生文字编辑能力的培养研究

在探讨培养文秘专业学生文字编辑能力必要性的基础上,分析了高职文秘专业文字编辑能力现状:基本的编辑素养不足,利用计算机处理文字的技术能力不娴熟,编辑审美能力不高。在此基础上,提出了在专业课教学中渗透、开设专门课程强化、积极鼓励学生参与院报的编辑工作等方法,提升高职文秘专业学生文字编辑能力。

On the Cultivation of Text Editing Ability of Secretary Major Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

This paper,on the basis of exploring the necessity of cultivating secretary major students ＇ text editing ability,analyzes the current situation of text editing ability of secretary major students in higher vocational colleges： basic editing quality being insufficient,technical ability of handling text using the computer being unskilled,editing and aesthetic ability being not high. On this basis, it puts forward that the methods of penetrating in professional course teaching,intensifying by offering special courses,actively encouraging students to participate in editing work of college newspaper,to improve the editing ability of higher vocational secretary major students.
