高职生顶岗实习中的问题及对策探析

顶岗实习是高职教育创新人才培养模式,也是实行工学结合、校企合作的重要内容。但学生在顶岗实习中由于协议不规范、学校不重视,自身法律意识淡薄,在报酬支付、人身伤害等方面存在诸多问题,维权困难。因此,必须从学校、企业、学生、政府各个层面,通过建立完善的实习实训管理制度、加强对学生的法制教育、构建完善的顶岗实习权益保障法律体系等途径,保障高职院校顶岗实习工作顺利开展。

Analysis of the Problems in Post Practice of Vocational College Students and Countermeasures

Post practice is an innovative talent training mode of higher vocational education,is also an important content of implementing the work-learning combination and school-enterprise cooperation. But students in post practice,because the agreements are not standardized,schools do not attach importance,and their legal consciousness is weak,there are many problems in the payment of remuneration,personal injury and it is difficult to protect rights. Therefore,it should guarantee the smooth progress of post practice of higher vocational colleges by the ways establishing perfect practical training management system,strengthening the legal education of students,and constructing perfect post practice right protection legal system from each aspect of school,enterprise,students,and government.
