| 摘 要： | 技术引进、自主创新是实现技术进步的两个重要途径,构建技术引进、自主创新对技术进步影响的混合有限多项式分布滞后模型,并以江苏省为例进行实证分析。研究表明:1990—2004年,技术引进与技术进步负相关,未表现出预期的正向作用;自主创新投入对江苏省技术进步产生了显著的正向作用;技术引进、自主创新投入与技术进步间均未表现出显著的G ranger因果关系。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the relations between technology acquisition,innovation and technological progress of Jiangsu Province and sets up a Mixed Limited Polynomial Distribution Lag Model indicating the acquisition and innovation's influence on the progress.The conclusions of the study shows that 1990-2004's technology acquisition and technological progress of Jiangsu Province are negative correlated unexpectedly,while the technology innovation and the technological progress in the same period is positively proportioned.Technology acquisition,technology innovation and technological progress fail to show Granger causality. |
