| 摘 要： | 本篇文章主要阐述语言的四维性质 ,并指出英语语言与汉语语言在四维性思维中表现出的不同性质 ,通过归纳总结三维教学和四维教学存在的差异 ,提出改进英语语言教学的一些新建议 ,同时强调只有在四维语言中才能体现英语语言的生命意义和完整的思想性。

| Abstract: | The purpose of applying case methodology in law education is to foster thestudents' originality in the course of guiding them how to study.This paper,taking into ac-count the actual situation in China,touches upon the use of case discussion,court hearingobservation,case debate,mimic trial to explore case methodology.Cases chosen in teachingshould be cited outcarefully.Stating the factsof a case should involvemultiple means.Mea-suring teaching quality mustbe based on scientific ground. |
