开创一门新蜀学:"都江堰学"

都江堰无论建设还是管理,方式方法皆与国外不同,具有本土文化特色.工程历时两千余年而不废,投入甚少、产出极多,充分证明其作法是成功的.类似都江堰这样的成功典型,全国已越来越少.都江堰至今仍保存着许多传统学术遗迹,而且尚在发挥经济效益,故有学术研究的唯一性.从抢救的意义上说,建立"都江堰学"既是必要的,也是相当紧迫的.都江堰科学内涵值得当代人深入思考.中华本土科学,常缺乏系统完整的理论归纳,往往寄寓于具体的成功事例中.都江堰,就是本土水利科学成功的典范.因此,建立一门"都江堰学",应当是当代人的任务.
