民勤县农业经济和生态环境协调发展测评

经济和环境的协调发展是可持续发展的关键。根据民勤县的经济和环境状况构建了农业经济发展与生态环境质量的评价指标体系,并利用熵权法及协调发展度模型对2000—2009年民勤县的协调发展度进行测算,基于协调发展度等级标准,对民勤县农业经济和生态环境协调发展程度进行了初步判别。结果显示,近十年来民勤县农业经济与生态环境已趋于协调发展,但两者的发展指数较低,可见其协调水平依旧很低,今后应着重调整农业结构,提高协调发展水平。

The Evaluation of Coordinated Development between Agricultural Economy and Ecological Environment in Minqin County

Coordinated development of the economy and the environment is the key to sustainable development.According to the economic and environmental status of Minqin,the agricultural economic development and ecological environment quality evaluation index system was constructed,and the coordinated development degree of 2000-2009 was measured by using entropy weight method and the coordinate development model.Then a preliminary discrimination was reached about coordinated development between agricultural economy and ecological environment.The results showed that after nearly 10 years＇ efforts,a harmonious development has been achieved between agricultural economy and ecological environment in Minqin.However,the development index of both is low,which suggests that the coordination level remains low.Therefore,it is vital,in the future,to focus on adjusting agricultural structure to improve the coordination development level.
