| 摘 要： | 在基础外科学实践教学过程中对南京医科大学2007级三年级医学生试行客观结构化临床考试（OSCE）,评价其临床综合能力,用座谈法调查参与OSCE的部分师生意见,详细评估OSCE的设计、组织与结果,为以后改进OSCE提供方向,也为医学生提高自身临床技能水平指引方向。

| Abstract: | Objective-structured clinical examination(OSCE) was applied to students of grade three during the implementing of basic surgery,through which students' clinical skill could be evaluated.Some teachers' and students' opinions were drawn from face-to-face investigation,and a thorough recognition of the organization and outcome could be used to direct the improvement of OSCE and the clinical skill of students. |
