| 摘 要： | 本文选取长三角地区有代表性的特征城市,并对其经济增长中土地要素的贡献及作用趋势进行核算和分析.结果表明,土地贡献率及其趋势与城市的经济规模和发展程度存在负相关性.本文据此提出,完善土地利用制度,制定科学和严格的城市发展规划,有助于长三角城市尽快摆脱粗放式发展,进入集约和可持续发展的良性轨道.
