| 摘 要： | 新修订的《中国人民解放军政治工作条例》适应推进中国特色军事变革、建设信息化军队、打赢信息化战争的新要求,进一步增强了条例的规范性、制约性,在法律作用上是我军政治工作法治化的标志、内容制度化的确认、行为规范化的标杆、方法现代化的依据和战时政治工作的指南,必将对我军思想政治建设的科学发展发挥积极而重大的推进作用。
