朝鲜半岛危机的建构主义解读

建构主义理论是从质疑国际社会处于无政府状态的基本假设而构建的国际政治理论新范式，与传统国际政治理论相比，建构主义具有明显的解释优势，能够更好地解读朝鲜半岛危机。根据建构主义理论，朝鲜半岛危机的时起时伏与久拖不决和对立双方具有不同的国际政治文化，缺乏集体认同，进而形成恶性互动有着密切的关系；若想化解朝鲜半岛危机，遵守现有的国际政治文化，不挑衅其底线和加强双多边互动，增加相互认知应成为对立双方恪守的基本原则。

Theory of Constructivism and Crisis on Korean Peninsular

Constructivism begins with a hypothesis that what would take place if the international community were in a state of anarchy and then proves its new paradigm of international politics. Such theory can explain the roots of the crisis on Korean peninsular better than those traditional ones. Aeeorcling to this theory, different political cultures, lack of collective identity and hostile interactions are all the factors making the crisis fail to solve after a long delay. The only way to eliminate the crisis, abide by the present international political cultures, avoid the bottom line of both sides and strengthen bilateral communication is subject to whether the basic principle of improving understanding continuously could be stick to by both parties.
