The Originality of Diffuse Thought and Public Administration

The diffuse thought is a kind of original thoug ht, which has three forms of expression. They are diverse thought, opposite thou ght and overlapping thought. It also has three characteristics: fluently, flexib ility and distinction. Being applied in public administration, it can make the p ublic administrators the original thinking, clear the characteristics of diffuse between the main body and the opposite one, grasp the right method of diffuse t hought. Directed by it , the public administrators will be more realistic and or iginal in the practice of public administration.
