由冲突到创新:19～20世纪中国思想史的一条线索

近代以来,中国文化经历了从封闭到改革开放的激烈动荡,其中最引人注目的是中西文化之间的交流与冲突,因而也越来越引起学术界的关注。本文认为,西方文化的传入及其引起的中西碰撞、冲突与交流,不仅是一种引人注目的文化事实,也是我们了解和反思历史变迁的交叉口与基本点。这也许仅仅用"由冲突到创新"这一命题所无法完全概括的;但是,作为一条历史线索和思想文化纷争的焦点,这种梳理与探索无疑会对我们认识过去和开创未来提供有意义的资源及视野。
