| Abstract: | By reviewing Zhang Wentian's experience of leader education,the paper tries to summarize the concepts and characteristics of his leader education thoughts. After reconsidering the current leader education work in accordance with the new situation,the paper proposes that it is necessary to pay more attention to theoretical study and to strengthen the construction of Party School. Also it is important to improve the evaluation mechanism. Such activities do good to the current leader education work. |
