终生体育教育的现状及其迫切性

通过对目前知识分子健康状况如英年早逝、慢性病多发及亚健康状态分析,尤其是对中国农业大学教工体检结果的分析,发现知识分子的健康状况令人担忧。笔者系统分析了影响知识分子健康的主要因素,提出了解决问题的主要对策,并围绕"终生体育教育"提出了加强高校校园体育文化建设,改善知识分子健康状况的建议。

Study on the Present Situation of Lifelong Physical Education and its Pressing Task

The author discovered that there is a great concern about the health of the intellectuals through the analysis on their current health problems including short life, illness and sub-health conditions. The result of the staff's physical examination of China Agricultural University further proved the critical issues of intellectual's health. Some main factors affecting the health of intellectuals are analyzed and solutions to solving health problems are put forward. Based on consideration of the key principle:lifelong physical education, effective ways for enhancing physical cultural climate on university campus and improving intellectual's health are suggested.
