摘    要:现有的认知理论和交互定律的相关工作多从用户行为进行拆解,预估用户的操作时间.基于上述工作,进一步探究了B2C网站信息架构的展现方式对用户操作时间的影响,选择研究对象的典型任务进行实验,对比用户操作实验时间和GOMS认知理论模型计算时间,提出信息架构中导航的分类数和目标数对用户完成任务的时间有影响的假设.再使用E-Prime软件设计正式实验,利用SPSS软件分析数据,结果显示在横向导航的总目标数部分,与希克定律的结论相反,即与目标的总数无关.而与网页横向导航栏中的分类数有关,且随分类数增加,用户完成任务的操作时间也随之增加.

Abstract:The existing work of cognitive theory and the law of interaction mainly dismantle users′ behaviors in order to estimate their operation time. Based on others′ work, the influence of representation of business-to-customer (B2C) website information architecture on user′s operation time is explored. By choosing the research subjects′ typical tasks to do the experiments, and comparing the experimental time with the calculation time by GOMS cognitive theory model, an assumption that the classification number and the target number of the information architecture′s navigation bar would have influenced the time which the users spend on completing tasks is proposed. Then experiments are designed by E-Prime and data is analyzed by SPSS. The result is opposite to Hick′s Law in the horizontal navigation bar, which means that time is irrelevant to the total targets.However,time is relevant to the classification of horizontal navigation.Users will spend more time completing the tasks when the number of classification increases.
