| 摘 要： | 中华法系的本质属礼法,《尚书》在礼法形成发展中具有决定性地位。西汉以降,礼法研究未能澄清两大问题:一是信史时代宜从何时起算。二是孔子序纂《书》可否视为更改史料。此二问题的解答在今日尤其重要。它约束着中华礼法体系研究的系统化。考证揭示,基于伯夷的记时精确性,中华礼法信史断代应定在尧舜时期,而非夏朝。讨论揭示,孔子以良史之能纂序《尚书》,这根本不是更改史料,而是升华《坟》《典》内涵。此讨论结果为礼法研究夯实了基础。
