| 摘 要： | 明清苏北水灾在中国水灾史上具有相当的典型性。对明清苏北水灾进行系统、科学的研究,在学术上具有典型意义,同时也有益于深化对淮河流域水灾的清醒认识,增强全民居安思危,抗洪防灾的忧患意识,寻找彻底治理苏北水灾的对策。为此,《明清苏北水灾研究》一书的著作者做了艰辛的努力,提出了一系列启人心智的创新观点。

| Abstract: | In flood history in China,flood in North Jiangsu Province during Ming and Qing Dynasties is rather typical.A systematic and scientific study has typical academic signficance and will be beneficial for deepening the awareness of the flood and prevention of the Huai River valley and for finding out countermeasures in coping with the flood in North Jiangsu.The author of Research of Flood in North Jiangsu Province during Ming and Qing Dynasties puts forward a lot of abstruse and new viewpoints through hardy work. |
