| 摘 要： | 法律信仰是法治社会的精神要素。人始终是法治社会的主体,只有在全社会成员中形成法律信仰,法治社会才能建成。民众法律信仰的缺失会严重影响我国的法治化进程。其中社会民众、法律职业的法律信仰尤为重要。通过加强人们权利保护机制提高权利意识、培养人们的理性精神和守法精神、提高司法权威等突显社会主体在法治社会的重要地位。
