全球化背景下企业社会责任在中国的发展现状及前瞻

随着全球化的兴起,传统的企业一元社会责任在新的社会背景下产生了巨大的变化。由于企业社会责任内涵的改变,导致政府、企业与社会对企业社会责任的认识发生了深刻的变化。与此同时,伴随着中国加入世界贸易组织的影响,企业社会责任也在中国迅速发展。本文着重探讨了企业社会责任在中国的发展现状、存在的主要问题,并提出针对性的建议,进而指出合理的发展方向。

An Analysis of the Social Responsibility of Enterprises in China Against the Background of Globalization

With the development of globalization,the traditional one-dimensional social responsibility of enterprises has undergone great changes under the new social background.The changing connotation/content of Corporate Social responsibility(CSR) has greatly transformed the apprehension into CSR by government,society and enterprises.In the meanwhile,under the impact of globalization and China's entry into WTO,CSP is developing quickly in China.This paper discusses emphatically the present situation,main problems and developmental direction of CSR in China,and then puts forward some suggestions as to how to solve the problems of CSR in China in an attempt to point out a reasonable direction for CSR in China.
