| 摘 要： | 党的十六大报告提出了"建设社会主义政治文明"的奋斗目标,显然正确解读政治文明是当务之急。在现代社会,政治文明与宪政密切相关,现代政治文明就是宪政文明,宪政是现代政治文明的标志。只有实行宪政,才有真正的政治文明。全面实行宪政是建设社会主义政治文明的关键。

| Abstract: | The report of the 16th session of the Communist Party of China raised the goal of "building the socialist politics civilization." Obviously to comprehend the politics civilization correctively is a task of top priority. The politics civilization is closely related with constitutionalism in the modern society. The modern politics civilization is the civilization of constitutionalism which is a symbol of modern politics civilization. Only by achieving constitutionalism can we have true politics civilization. To achieve constitutionalism in all-round way is the key to build the socialist politics civilization. |
