| 摘 要： | 为了避免承包商原因导致的违法分包问题，提高分包管理效益，建立了承包商的工程分包运作管理框架，承包商通过该框架来管理工程分包运作；在运作管理框架下，结合制造业业务外包决策模型应用于工程分包决策的局限性，建立了分包程序加分包要素的工程分包决策模型。

| Abstract: | To avoid illegal subcontract of contractor in engineering project, and improve the efficiency of subcontract, a management framework of engineering subcontract operation has been established for contractors. Given the limitations of applying the model of business subcontract decision in engi- neering subcontract decision, a model of engineering subcontract decision including subcontract procedure and subcontract integrants has been founded under the management framework. |
