胜任力与胜任力模型构建方法研究

摘    要:胜任力研究是目前心理与行为测量领域的一个热点问题.从特征观与行为观两种不同的角度,对胜任力的内涵和识别方法进行了回顾,重点介绍了胜任力模型的构建方法,同时指出目前国内外研究中的不足以及改进建议,对于企业和政府机关的管理者的选拔、培养与评价具有重要的理论与实践指导意义.

Abstract:Research on competency is one of the hot topics in the fields of psychology and behavior measurement. From the diferent perspectives of the personal traits and the behavior, the paper gives a general review of connotation of competency and its distinguishing methods, focuses the steps of the competency modeling, and discusses the limitations in the present research. Some suggestions for the improvement of the research on the competency are put forward. Research on competency is of significance in both theoretical and practical fields in terms of selection, training and evaluation of the managers in governments or enterprises.
