护理本科男生护理学基础实践技能操作学习的质性研究

摘    要:目的:了解护理本科男生在学习护理学基础实践技能操作过程中的真实感受,探讨其参与护理学基础实践技能操作的学习态度及影响因素,并提出相应措施。方法:运用质性研究的方法,对16名大学二年级护理本科男生进行深入访谈,记录访谈资料,并分析、整理,提炼主题。结果:从访谈内容中提炼出两个主题:一是护理本科男生参与护理学基础实践技能操作学习的态度——认识到操作学习的重要性但参与性不高;二是影响护理本科男生对护理学基础实践技能操作学习态度的因素。包括:缺乏职业认同感,性别冲突;缺乏归属感,心里负担严重及感觉疲劳。结论:护理本科男生普遍认为掌握护理学基础实践技能操作是必要的,但学习态度并不理想,主要与归属感受的需要、尊重与自尊的需要、自我实现的需要等得不到满足有关。
