摘    要:公共部门绩效管理是现代公共行政领域研究的重要问题,提高公共部门的工作效率和服务质量己成为公共部门改革的迫切要求。文章从公共部门绩效管理的基本理念出发,介绍了绩效管理的相关理论以及我国公共部门绩效管理的实践,着重分析了我国目前公共部门绩效管理模式存在的瓶颈因素并提出了相关的对策建议。
