| 摘 要： | 中国古代的监察制度萌芽于先秦 ,尤其是西周的监察制度为中国封建监察制度的建立提供了可资借鉴的依据。监察立法的尝试、专职监察官员的设置、监察的措施与方式、监察官员的法律惩治功能等构成了西周监察制度的主要内容。

| Abstract: | Ancient Chinese supervisory system originated from Xianqing Dynasty, The supervisory system of West Zhou particulary laid a foundation of Chinese feudal supervisory system.The attempt to supervise legislation, the establishment of full-time supervisors,the measures and means of supervision and the punishment for supervisors constitute the supervisory system of West Zhou, Which have greatly enlightened the development of supervisory system of China. |
