According to the article, simplification of drawings is one of the most effective and fundamental way to speed up drawings. Different ways of simplification are discussed such as simplification of views and section symbols, simplification of views by using dimension symbols and simplification of dimension marking and assembly drawing. A few practical ideas have been put forward on condition that they are in conformity or basically in conformity with the state standards in mechanical drawing.
