| 摘 要： | 外交政策分析(foreign policy analysis,FPA)是从国家层次上来理解世界,不同于从体系层次来理解世界。很多国际关系研究者指出该研究领域对理解国际关系现实的重要意义。本文先综述外交政策分析与国际政治理论的联系及外交政策分析主要理论流派的观点。随后讨论近年来外交政策分析的理论进展给研究者们更全面地理解国际关系和外交决策提供的认识。
