新形势下高校学生党建工作机制创新研究

高校学生党建工作是思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分。新形势下,高校学生党建工作面临着国际国内局势变化、互联网高速发展、高等教育改革和现阶段大学生特点以及提高发展党员质量后的短期效应等方面的挑战,学生党建工作以其独特的育人功能在思想政治教育中占有优势,在此基础上,提出构建党的知识教育全程化、实现党建教育内容多元化、完善党建教育形式多样化、拓展思想政治教育阵地化的思想政治教育"四化"新机制,以期为新时期高校学生思想政治教育工作提供有效的借鉴。

Innovation Research of Working Mechanics in Party Building among College Students under the New Situation

College students＇ Party construction is an important part of the moral political work. Under the new situation,college students＇ Party building is facing more and more challenges such as the change of international and domestic situations,the rapid development of Internet,the reform of higher education and the characteristics of the present college students,and the short-term effects after improving the quality of new party members. With unique educational function,construction of the Party among the university students takes great advantages in the ideological and political education. This paper presents four new mechanisms,conducting whole- process education on party knowledge,realizing diversity of contents,improving diversification of Party construction education forms,expanding the fronts of moral political work,to provide effective reference for the ideological and political education of college students in this new period.
