模型思维的中医学方法论

中国传统医学的核心方法论是模型思维。模型思维是“道阴阳”的周易哲学和五行哲学的本质特征。中国传统医学的理论就是通过对阴阳哲学和五行哲学模型的直接和间接模拟运用而建立起来的众多具体模型理论的综合体。模型思维的合理性和真理性在于构成该模型的范畴本身的合理性和真理性。构成中医理论模型综合体的诸范畴是在直接生活经验和成功医疗实践基础上形成的，因而具有其合理性和真理性。

Model Thinking as Methodology of Traditional Chinese Medicine

The core methodology of traditional Chinese medicine is model thinking which is also the essence of Chinese yin-yang philosophy of Zhouyi and Wuxing. The theory of traditional Chinese medicine is a synthesis of model theories established based on the direct or indirect imitation and application of philosophical models of yin-yang and Wuxing. The reasonableness and truthfulness of model thinking lie in the reasonableness and truthfulness of categories which constitute the models. The categories which constitute the synthesis of theoretical models of traditional Chinese medicine were established on the basis of life experiences and successful medical practices, hence the reasonableness and truthfulness.
