| 摘 要： | 随着国家对教育事业的大力支持,高校科研经费呈现大幅度增长,经费使用过程中显现出越来越多的问题。针对科研经费使用过程中出现的问题,分析其产生的原因,并结合国外科研经费的管理经验,提出相应的改进建议。

Problems are listed and reasons are analyzed. According to the related issues,some suggestions with reference to foreign experience are offered. |
