| 摘 要： | 发展高新技术产业 ,对我国未来经济发展意义重大。但是 ,作为一个正在进行工业化的发展中国家 ,目前支撑我国经济的仍然是传统产业。因此 ,用高新技术改造有市场前景的传统企业 ,使传统企业在新的技术平台上实现突破 ,同样具有至关重要的意义。本文探讨如何依托建设武汉·中国光谷这一崭新平台 ,实行“并轨发展”战略 ,加强高新技术与传统企业的嫁接 ,积极利用高新技术对传统企业的改造 ,使其形成产业优势 ,用高新技术的增量 ,盘活传统产业的存量 ,从而带动整体产业水平的提高。

| Abstract: | To develop neo-tech & hi-tech industries has great significance in the development of our economy in future.At present,however,conventional industries still play a backbone role in our way towards industrialization.It is therefore important to restructure the conventional enterprises enjoying their market so as to make breakthrough on a neo-tech & hi-tech platform.This article focuses on how to construct Wuhan Optical Valley of this kind of platform and carry out the strategy of "Agglomeration & Plan Development"in order to reinforce the weld of hi-tech to the conventional enterprises.Through aggressive hi-tech restructuring of conventional enterprises,industrial advantages can be formed in these companies.Assets stock in the conventional enterprises will be animated as well.As a result,the overall industrial quality can be strengthened. |
