社会排斥指由于政治、经济和文化等社会结构原因或自身原因,造成某些社会群体融入社会的条件缺失的状态、过程和趋势。依据对广西职业流动状况调查的数据,在概括了广西职业流动总体上呈现出良性态势的同时,从社会排斥的视角归纳出广西职业流动中社会排斥的主要表现形式,包括职业群体间排斥、城乡排斥、性别排斥、年龄排斥和学历排斥。

On Expressional Forms of Social Exclusion in the Process of Occupation Flow in Guangxi

Social exclusion can be defined as the state, process and trend that some social groups lack some terms in mingling into the society for the social reasons such as politics,economy and culture or for the reasons in themselves. This paper exclusion-the exclusion between occupational generalizes the main expressional forms of social groups, between town and countryside, between sexes,of age,and of education background-of the occupation flow in Guangxi from the perspective of social exclusion on the investigated data and the general trend, which has been in a healthy way,of the occupation flow in Guangxi.
