| 摘 要： | 以人为本是科学发展观的核心,十七大报告再次凸显了这一思想:实现了以人为本的发展理论的创新,提出科学发展、和谐发展、和平发展;推动了以人为本的执政理念的更新,倡导重视民生、保障民生、改善民生;促进了以人为本的群众路线的再新,要求真诚倾听、真实反映、真情关心民情。这样就实现了我们党以人为本思想的新飞跃。
