| 摘 要： | 可持续性一词,最早源于生态学。如今,已经被广泛应用于经济、社会、文化等领域。其共性的含义可概括为:“在连续的基础上保持或继续提高”。所谓当代大学生的可持续性发展,是指:影响大学生成长与成才的各素质构成要素之间,能够相互支持、相互助长,并且形成一个能够相互促进与不断提高的良性循环。即综合素质能够随着社会的进步与发展而不断或连续提高的良性循环。而要实现当代大学生的可持续性发展,高校应该:一正确把握科学教育发展观的实质内涵,实现教育理念的转变;二优化高校管理体制,积极促进大学生的可持续性发展。
