| 摘 要： | 建构主义强调国家间关系的结构主要是由共有观念而非物质力量决定的。共有观念决定了一个国家的角色和身份,而角色和身份又决定了这个国家的国家利益。以江泽民为核心的党的第三代领导集体对世界形势和国际问题以及中国自身的深刻认知,是建构中国"负责任大国"身份的重要基础。这种身份决定了中国必须要建设强大的海权以维护自己的利益。

| Abstract: | Constructivism emphasizes that the construction of relationship between countries is mainly determined by communal notion instead of material force.Common notion determines the role and identity of a country,which further determines the national interests of the country.The profound understanding of the international situation and China’s circumstance by the Third Generation of the CCP Central Collective Leadership with Jiang Zemin at the core has become a significant basis for constructing China’s identity of a "responsible great power".Thus this identity has determined that China must build a powerful sea power to protect its interests. |
