摘    要:跨文化课程是通识教育核心课程领域之一,在培养学生国际化素养方面有极为重要的地位和作用.目前通识教育跨文化课程体系建设仍处于探索阶段,并且收效甚微.通识教育跨文化课程体系建设的重要性与必要性在于跨文化课程建设是全球化发展的诉求,是推行通识教育的组成部分,有助于提高授课教师的素养与能力提升,以及培养学生国际化视野与素质.中国高等学校对跨文化课程重视程度不够,跨文化课程体系亟待完善,师资队伍需要优化和授课模式需要改革.因此,高等学校跨文化课程体系建设应转变观念,加大跨文化通识课程的研究力度;调整课程体系,构建系统的跨文化通识课程体系;加强师资建设,建立跨文化通识课程教学团队;转变教学方式,努力提高跨文化通识课程的教学质量.

Abstract:As a core courses in general education, cross-culture is of great significance in promoting students' internationalization literacy. However, the current curriculum construction is still under exploration with few obvious results. The importance and necessity of a sound cross-cultural curriculum system lies in the fact that as an integral part of general education, it is the demand of globalization and also helps to improve relevant teachers' quality, capability and internationalization literacy. Up to now, institutes of higher learning in China haven't paid much attention to the curriculum construction of cross-cultural general education, which involves setting up a sound system, optimizing the current teaching team and reforming the current teaching mode. Therefore, it is necessary to change traditional ideas about general education and strengthen the research into this domain. It is also important to readjust the curriculum system to perfect cross-cultural general education and strengthen the construction of teachers' team so as to form relevant teaching teams. The teaching mode, too, needs to be transformed to improve the teaching quality of cross-cultural general curriculum.
