| Abstract: | In recent years, there has been a rapid increase in the overall consumption of fat ＆ oil in Henan Province wheras the output of fat ＆ oil processing fails to satisfy the demand and the gap between supply and demand is being enlarged. Therefore Henan＇ s internal and external resources should be exploited and its productivity and level of fat ＆ oil processing be improved to meet the demand of developing the regional market. |
