论我国NGO(非政府组织)发展面临的法律障碍及解决途径

伴随NGO(非政府组织)在世界各国的兴起和发展,全球掀起了一场社团革命。由于我国NGO主体立法的瑕疵与缺失、设立和登记中的严格主义导致众多有益于社会发展和进步的NGO的合法性受到质疑,遭遇合法性危机。因而,我们必须完善NGO法律体系,改革NGO设立和登记管理办法,为NGO的发展提供良好的法律制度环境。

Analysis on Legal Barrier of the Development of NGO in China and Its Solution

With the global spring-up and development of NGO,a revolution of mass organizations has emerged all over the world.In China,however,the lack of civil subject in NGO legislation,the inflexibility and strictness in NGO establishment and registration have made a large number of wholesome NGO suffer from legal questioning and accordingly face a legal crisis.Therefore,we must improve NGO's legal system and reform the norms of its registration and administration so as to ensure the development of NGO in China in a healthy and beneficial legal environment.
