| Abstract: | The basic content and the main spirit of traditional Chinese culture is the cultural essence of Chinese culture, which should be, under the guidance of the "Three Represents", innovated to be an advanced culture. Advanced culture is the humanistic capital of economic development.Therefore, faced with the strategic opportunity of the opening up of the West, we should be aware to make the West a powerful region in both culture and economy.Based on the traditional excellent culture,we should create a more advanced culture under the guidance of the "Three Represents" and take effective measures to make the Western development substantially. |
