| 摘 要： | 应用琼脂免疫扩散试验监测雏鸡IBD母源抗体阳性率下降规律,以及不同日龄免疫后IBD抗体阳性率变化情况,筛选出雏鸡IBD的合理免疫程序。本试验将雏鸡分成8个组隔离饲养,分别在5、8、10、14、18、22、26日龄用B_(87)中等毒力疫苗免疫,首免后10d用同一疫苗二免。结果10、14日龄首免组。在二免后10d AGP阳性率达60％以上,其AGP阳性率上升快,免疫空白期短,明显优于其他日龄免疫组。 |

| Abstract: | The dropping rule of chicks' positive rate of IBD maternal antibody was detected with agar gel immunodittusion test. And go was the change of different age in day for IBD vaccination in the positive rate of antibody done. Therefore, the rational programme of vaccination was sifed. The chicks were divided into 8 groups, on 5,8,10,18,22,26 age in days, the groups were vaccinated for the first-time with B87. The second vaccination was given 10 days later. The results showed the effect of the first-time vaccination on 10 and 14 age in days were better than that of others. |
