| 摘 要： | 推行新型农村合作医疗制度，是我国建设社会主义新农村举措中重要的一环，旨在缩小城乡差距，促进社会的和谐发展。但是，其庞大的资金来源却极大地制约了这项制度的实施效果。新型农村合作医疗的三方利益主体都存在着自身的筹资困境。通过对现有筹资模式的研究，创新思维，挖掘改进我国新型农村合作医疗筹资模式的新途径，使其能够实现可持续发展，长期有效的运行下去，真正成为覆盖全国8亿农民的社会化医疗保障体制。
