我国大企业要走创新型企业扩张道路,就要大力开发具有自主知识产高原始创新、集成创新和引进消化吸收再创新的能力.要建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系,形成自主创新的基本体制架构.创新,不仅关系到国家竞争力的提高,也关系到企业的生存和发展.所以,必须关注企业扩张与企业创新效应;企业技术创新与产业结构的变化;企业扩张与企业规模扩大,才能提高自主创新能力,走创新型企业扩张的道路.

The development of China's large enterprises should rely on various kinds of innovations which focus on the key techniques with their own intellectual property rights.A technological innovation system should be established with the enterprise as the subject,the market as the guide and a combination of production and learning as the key.Innovation is related not only to the improvement of China's competitiveness but also to the survival and development of its enterprises.Thus,there should be a focus on the relation between the development and innovation of these enterprises,their innovations and the changes of the industrial structure as well as the constant innovations for future development.
