| 摘 要： | 春秋吴楚争衡时期,楚平王在内忧外患中为巩固统治,对内实行与民休息的政策,对外恢复了陈、蔡诸侯国的地位,减少对外战争,实行"城州屈"和筑采菱城"为舟师伐濮"的措施.历史文献和汉寿出土的文物,显现出沅水下游常德、汉寿在楚国及屈氏家族地位的重要.由此可见,屈原祖籍汉寿说并非臆说.
