| 摘 要： | “物”和“环境”是两个内涵不同、价值取向差异巨大的概念;在环境危机时代下,需要变革物权,对其进行“生态化”的改造。物权法生态化的设计包括物权客体范围的扩张,物权法律关系内容的生态化,物权种类的生态化等方面。
