There is a paradox between the distributive justice of Sozialstaat and the private property of citizens.This paradox should be resolved by the moral identity of the society as a whole.That human are created equal is generally accepted as principles of ethical values.Distributive justice and equal treatment has always been inseparable.The distributive justice based on Sozialstaatsprinzip bears the moral charm beyond the social classes.It can be deduced from Locke′s property theory that the social security benefit is to protect the new property of citizens.Given that each cherishes others as oneself,the new property theory also has the ethical basis beyond the social classes.Based on these arguments,the paper states that the moral identity to the distributive justice of Sozialstaat is not only possible,but also inevitable.
